MezzanineDelete your account
You can delete your Mezzanine account and its data at any time, with or without the app. Last updated October 26, 2026.
In the app
Sign in, open Profile & account from your avatar and choose Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm. It signs you out. If you own a company no one else works in, the company and everything in it is deleted at once.
A company with a team
If you own a company others work in, your account and the company are deleted ninety days later, so the team can take what they need. Sign in before then and choose Keep my account to cancel.
Without the app
Email support@getmezzanine.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What is kept
A teammate’s company stays standing when a teammate leaves. Copies in our database provider’s backups expire on their own schedule. The privacy policy has the rest.
