Terms of service
By using Mezzanine you agree to these terms. Last updated October 26, 2026.
Who can use it
Mezzanine is for businesses and the people they invite. You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms for your business. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
Your data is yours
Your business owns the records it puts in Mezzanine. You let us store and process them only to run the service, as the privacy policy explains.
Texts and payments
- Text your clients only with their consent, honor STOP right away, and follow the laws on messaging, such as the TCPA. Mezzanine records opt-outs and stops sending.
- Card payments run through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. The arrangement between you and your clients, including prices and refunds, is yours.
Fair use
- Don’t try to reach another business’s data.
- Don’t send spam, scrape, overload or attack the service.
- Don’t use Mezzanine for anything illegal or to harass anyone.
We can suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. We will tell you before a price changes, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Availability
We work to keep Mezzanine running, but it is provided as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. If we ever shut it down, we will give notice and time to export your data.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Mezzanine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. For a change that matters, we will tell account owners before it takes effect. Questions go to support@getmezzanine.com.
